Senior GTM Strategy Manager (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential luxury ecommerce marketplace in their search for a Senior GTM Strategy Manager based in Berlin. This is a unique opportunity to serve as the analytical and operational backbone of a high-growth commercial organization, working directly with executive leadership on strategic questions that drive revenue and market expansion.

In this role, you'll own research, modeling, and problem-structuring on high-priority initiatives while leveraging AI tools to compress the time between question, insight, and decision. You'll report to the Chief of Staff and collaborate across Marketing, Supply, and VIP Sales functions.

Responsibilities

• Own research, modeling, and scenario analysis on strategic questions including market expansion and new go-to-market motions, building presentations rigorous enough to inform executive decisions
• Take cross-functional initiatives from framing through delivery, managing stakeholder coordination and dependency management to keep projects moving forward
• Synthesize inputs into decision-ready recommendations with your own point of view rather than neutral option presentation
• Design and maintain Growth KPI and performance reporting systems, partnering with Data and BI teams to ensure consistent metric definitions and appropriate cadence
• Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities across marketplace and VIP sales motions, translating complex data into clear narratives for leadership
• Own recurring analytical deliverables including weekly and monthly performance summaries for the Growth leadership team
• Serve as a thought partner on high-priority strategic initiatives such as market acceleration and new commercial models

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, or GTM/strategy/business operations at a top-tier, high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of owning outcomes and driving cross-functional initiatives to completion, not just managing workstreams
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build models, stress-test assumptions, and distinguish meaningful insights from convenient narratives
• Fluent with AI tools including LLMs, research agents, and analytical co-pilots; thoughtful about where AI helps versus where human judgment leads
• Commercial instinct and good judgment about resource allocation; able to communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated interest in ecommerce and marketplaces; knowledge of luxury resale is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
