Responsibilities
- Challenge creative briefs and conceptualize independently throughout the production process
- Participate in every stage of the creative workflow, from initial concept through final delivery
- Create motion graphics and video content across multiple styles and techniques
- Stay current on the latest design trends and best practices in digital advertising
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Deliver high-quality work that meets both creative and performance objectives
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a motion designer in an agency, design studio, production company, or in-house creative department
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
- Strong design sensibility and aesthetic judgment
- Versatility across diverse visual styles and animation techniques
- Experience creating content for paid social platforms is highly valued
- Deep familiarity with internet culture and social media trends
- Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
