Our client specializes in performance-driven digital advertising and works with brands to create visually compelling campaigns across paid social and digital channels. We're seeking a Motion Designer who brings both execution excellence and conceptual thinking to every project.

Responsibilities

  • Challenge creative briefs and conceptualize independently throughout the production process
  • Participate in every stage of the creative workflow, from initial concept through final delivery
  • Create motion graphics and video content across multiple styles and techniques
  • Stay current on the latest design trends and best practices in digital advertising
  • Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Deliver high-quality work that meets both creative and performance objectives

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a motion designer in an agency, design studio, production company, or in-house creative department
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Working knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
  • Strong design sensibility and aesthetic judgment
  • Versatility across diverse visual styles and animation techniques
  • Experience creating content for paid social platforms is highly valued
  • Deep familiarity with internet culture and social media trends
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
