We are representing a leading European cloud infrastructure and digital services organization in their search for an experienced Volljurist (w/m/d) in Berlin. Our client operates across multiple international markets and is at the forefront of digital transformation. This senior legal role combines complex legal advisory work with strategic transformation initiatives involving legal tech and AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage all legal matters arising in an international technology environment, with a primary focus on commercial law
• Provide legal support for projects, product development, and product launches, implementing diverse legal requirements
• Deliver strategic advisory on all legal aspects related to AI deployment and AI governance
• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in both German and English
• Identify processes suitable for automation using legal tech and AI solutions, and brief and implement such solutions

What We're Looking For

• Education: Above-average completion of legal training with two Staatsexamina (German state examinations)
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in an international environment
• Generalist mindset with structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented thinking and action
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to anchor legally viable solutions at all organizational levels
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills at executive level, with experience moderating conflicting objectives
• High degree of initiative, willingness to take responsibility, and assertiveness
• Languages: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Ideally, experience mentoring less experienced team members
