Werkstudent (m/w/d) Content Creation & Design

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential sports apparel technology client in Cologne seeking a working student (m/f/d) for content creation and design. Our client has developed an innovative platform that brings professional-level customization to sports teams, and they need creative support to communicate their value across digital channels.

This is a student position (Werkstudent) requiring enrollment in an ongoing degree program. You'll work directly with the marketing team to produce visual content that drives engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

• Design static ads and video ads for paid media campaigns across multiple platforms and target audiences
• Support planning and execution of photo and video production shoots, contributing creative ideas throughout the process
• Execute smaller in-house photo and video productions independently with team support, from concept to final content
• Edit and cut video content for social media channels and paid media campaigns, optimizing for platform-specific formats
• Develop creatives tailored to different marketing objectives and audience segments

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in media, communication, design, or comparable field
• Initial hands-on experience creating photo and video material for social media
• Proficient in Canva and Photoshop; knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a strong advantage
• Strong visual sense with creative flair and genuine interest in sports and social media
• Structured, independent work style with good German and English language skills
• Ability to work on-site in Cologne with flexible scheduling that accommodates your studies
