About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential PropTech organization that is transforming property management operations in the German market. Our talent team is seeking a Founders Associate - Growth Intern to work directly with the leadership team on strategic expansion and business development initiatives.
This is a full-time internship requiring 3+ months of commitment, based in Düsseldorf. You will work on real business challenges from day one, not administrative tasks. Our client seeks someone they can retain after the internship period.
Responsibilities
- Venture Development: Build financial models for new revenue streams, develop business cases, and set up initial testing frameworks
- Geographic Expansion: Conduct market analyses for new cities, prepare market entry strategies, and support execution
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify potential partners, initiate outreach, prepare and participate in partnership discussions
- Lead Generation: Test and measure new channels and concepts, scale what works, eliminate what doesn't
- Automation & AI: Identify process bottlenecks and implement AI-driven workflow solutions
What We're Looking For
- 80/20 mindset: you prioritize ruthlessly and favor speed over perfection
- Grit and curiosity: setbacks motivate you; you learn new topics quickly
- Experience in high-intensity environments such as startups, consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or demonstrated ability to complete self-initiated projects
- Currently enrolled in university, between degrees, or recently graduated
- Available for 3+ months full-time
- Fluent in German; strong English proficiency
