About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential precious metals organization based in Frankfurt am Main. Our client operates a nationwide network of retail locations and seeks a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for commercial positions across their growing business.

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Frankfurt am Main with the opportunity to shape recruitment strategy and build talent pipelines for a well-established company in a specialized industry.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete recruitment cycle (end-to-end recruiting) for commercial and administrative positions
• Create, publish, and optimize job advertisements across multiple recruiting channels
• Screen and pre-select incoming applications
• Conduct initial telephone and virtual interviews with candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interview appointments with department heads and hiring managers
• Manage external service providers, job portals, and recruiting partners
• Support the development and continuous improvement of recruiting processes
• Participate in planning, creating, and managing social recruiting campaigns
• Actively monitor live job postings regarding reach, quality, and hiring progress
• Collaborate closely with functional departments and the HR team

What We're Looking For

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in a commercial environment
• Experience managing and coordinating external service providers and recruiting partners
• Initial experience with social recruiting and campaign management is desirable
• Confident presence and strong communication skills
• Structured, reliable, and self-directed working style
• High organizational capacity and excellent time management
• Discretion, dependability, and professional handling of sensitive data
• Excellent German language skills (native-level proficiency) in both written and spoken form
• Proficient use of MS Office applications

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive for the Frankfurt am Main market. Our client offers 28 vacation days (based on a 5-day work week) and an attractive company pension scheme.
