Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital consultancy in Hanover seeking a working student (Werkstudent) for content creation, approximately 15 hours per week. In this role, you will help make complex topics in marketing, automation, and AI accessible and engaging for the right audiences.
Your responsibilities include:
- Researching, conceptualizing, and creating content for various channels including blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, and websites
- Transforming complex marketing, automation, and AI topics into clear, compelling content
- Supporting content planning and maintaining editorial calendars
- Utilizing AI tools for efficient content production, including ideation, drafting, and optimization
- Contributing to case studies, whitepapers, and presentations
- Assisting with SEO optimization and performance measurement of content
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking candidates with:
- Current enrollment as a student, ideally in communications, marketing, media, journalism, or a related field
- Strong linguistic sense and enthusiasm for writing, with excellent German language skills (both written and spoken)
- Prior content creation experience through internships, side projects, or personal initiatives (advantageous)
- Genuine interest in marketing, digitalization, and artificial intelligence
- Openness to working with AI tools in day-to-day content work
- Independent, structured work approach with attention to quality
- Availability of 10-15 hours per week (flexible arrangement)
