About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-growing consumer goods company in the nutrition space, seeking a (Junior) CRM Manager to join their team in Munich. This is a fixed-term position (initially 2 years) focusing on customer retention, loyalty programs, and CRM campaign execution across multiple markets.
Our client has built a distinctive presence in the European market and is looking for someone who can operationally shape customer communication while continuously optimizing retention strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design, create, and execute CRM campaigns with a focus on email marketing using Emarsys or similar platforms
- Develop compelling, audience-specific copy for newsletters, email flows, and campaigns related to food and nutrition products
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Derive concrete optimization measures based on performance data
- Conduct and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve copy, subject lines, and customer journeys
- Utilize AI tools to optimize and streamline existing processes
- Collaborate closely with graphic design, content, and webshop teams
- Create SEO-optimized content for landing pages incorporating relevant keywords
What We're Looking For
- Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience with initial knowledge in online marketing, particularly email marketing
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles
- Strong copywriting skills and excellent instinct for audience-appropriate communication, ideally with experience in food, nutrition, or comparable consumer goods/lifestyle topics
- Initial experience with a CRM tool such as Emarsys, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Braze (Emarsys experience is advantageous but not required)
- Good analytical understanding and confident handling of relevant campaign KPIs
- Hands-on mentality with an independent, structured, and meticulous approach to work, even when managing multiple parallel projects
- Creativity and strong sense for brand voice and tonality
- Open, communicative personality with enthusiasm for teamwork
- Initiative and motivation to independently drive projects forward
- Fluent German (C2 level) and English (C1 level) required
