Product Director, Studio

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for a Product Director to lead their enterprise platform division. This is a strategic leadership role based in Paris, working with a distributed team across multiple continents. The platform you'll be leading helps enterprises build, evaluate, and operate AI systems at scale, transforming prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for the enterprise AI platform, maintaining accountability for business impact
• Build and lead the product management organization by hiring PMs and stream leads, establishing operating cadence including quarterly reviews, and developing clear growth paths for team members
• Partner with engineering leadership to scope, sequence, and deliver the roadmap, balancing immediate customer value with long-term platform initiatives
• Drive strategic customer discovery and collaborate with product managers under your leadership to understand enterprise needs
• Work closely with marketing and go-to-market teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategies
• Partner cross-functionally with other product leaders to ensure a unified customer journey across the platform

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years in product management with deep experience building technical platforms, infrastructure, or developer products for enterprise customers
• Strong fluency in AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise environments
• Proven people leadership: experience hiring and developing senior PMs, organizing teams around clear ownership structures, and building sustainable operating rhythms
• Track record of launching and scaling products successfully in competitive markets
• Demonstrated ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Ownership mindset and pragmatism with low ego, high emotional intelligence, and bias for action
• Comfortable moving between strategic narrative development and tactical execution including metrics, UX details, and customer escalations
• Strong communication skills for engaging with executives, teams, and end users
• Ability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities evolve rapidly
• Self-directed approach with initiative to navigate ambiguity and own outcomes
