Our client operates across multiple European and global markets, delivering strategic transformation and operational excellence solutions to enterprise organizations. We are seeking a senior consulting professional to join their Production & Operations practice in Hamburg, München, Düsseldorf, or remotely within Germany.

This is a high-impact role where you will advise C-level executives, drive business development, and lead complex transformation engagements across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational strategy domains.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives on strategic transformation initiatives and operational excellence programs
• Build and expand trusted relationships with key client accounts while identifying new business opportunities
• Lead proposal development and contribute to winning new consulting engagements
• Design target operating models, transformation strategies, and implementation roadmaps for clients
• Lead complex transformation programs including reorganization, cost optimization, and operational improvement initiatives
• Provide expert guidance on manufacturing, supply chain, network optimization, and operational strategy topics
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams ensuring successful delivery and exceptional client satisfaction
• Coach and develop consulting teams while contributing to practice growth

What We're Looking For

• 7-10+ years of experience in management consulting, leading complex transformation programs and client engagements
• University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or related field
• Deep expertise in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or operational transformation environments
• Proven track record in developing strategic client relationships and driving business development
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation and operational excellence initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing consulting teams
• Fluent German and English language skills required
• Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs
• Analytical thinker with strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset
• High degree of personal initiative and entrepreneurial can-do mentality
