About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology platform in the professional development space. Our client is seeking an experienced Luxury & Fashion Coach to work with professionals looking to grow their careers in the luxury and fashion industry. This is a contractor role based in the United States with flexible, remote scheduling.
Responsibilities
As a coach, you will work directly with clients to advance their careers in luxury and fashion. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing expert guidance on fashion design, product development, trend forecasting, and visual merchandising
- Advising on luxury retail operations, retail strategy, e-commerce strategy, and luxury brand strategy
- Coaching clients on luxury and fashion marketing approaches
- Helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals and AI automation to work smarter in their roles
- Supporting career navigation through resume review, cover letter development, and LinkedIn profile optimization
- Conducting interview preparation and networking strategy sessions
- Advising on salary negotiation, freelancing opportunities, and ongoing skill building
- Hosting virtual coaching sessions at times you determine
- Partnering with the internal team to deliver a high-quality, supportive client experience
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on luxury or fashion industry experience in design, retail, brand management, marketing, or related fields
- Prior coaching or mentoring experience with demonstrated success helping others grow
- A clear, structured approach to client development and career advancement
- Strong communication skills and the ability to deliver constructive feedback
- Comfort working virtually and managing your own schedule
- Understanding of AI tools and their application in the fashion and luxury sectors
