Our talent team is recruiting for this structured vocational training program that combines hands-on IT infrastructure work with formal education.
This is a German dual-education apprenticeship (Ausbildung) spanning three years. You'll rotate through IT, voice and data engineering, data center operations, security management, and consulting teams while attending vocational school. From day one, you'll work on real projects—configuring workstations, managing Windows and Linux systems, troubleshooting networks, and implementing security standards alongside experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Set up, configure, and support IT workstations, notebooks, and end-user devices
- Assist with Windows and Linux system administration, network infrastructure, and hardware maintenance
- Install and maintain hardware and software; diagnose and resolve technical issues systematically
- Process support requests through ticketing systems and develop technical solutions
- Help implement IT security standards and data protection protocols in daily operations
- Test, deploy, and document new technologies including cloud, virtualization, and telecom systems
- Participate in IT projects across multiple departments to understand how technical and business teams collaborate
What We're Looking For
- Fachoberschulreife (secondary school certificate), Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical diploma), or Abitur (university-entrance diploma)
- Genuine enthusiasm for IT, computers, networks, and emerging technologies
- Enjoyment of analyzing technical problems and finding solutions
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Curiosity about new technologies and motivation for continuous personal development
- Career changers welcome: if you started university and prefer hands-on training, we encourage your application
- German language proficiency required for vocational school and workplace communication
