Senior Growth Marketing Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global e-commerce organization seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager in Berlin. Our client operates in the consumer wellness space and is building out a new division focused on health products. This is a rare opportunity to establish and scale an entire Growth Marketing function from the ground up, combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Growth Marketing function from scratch, establishing processes, tools, reporting frameworks, and operational standards
• Own the customer acquisition strategy across DTC, marketplace, and B2B channels, driving sustainable and profitable growth
• Lead all paid media activities, including strategy development, budget management, campaign execution, optimization, and performance reporting across key digital channels
• Develop and optimize the full customer journey, leveraging audience segmentation, conversion rate optimization, and customer lifecycle insights
• Create a robust analytics and measurement framework, including KPI tracking, attribution models, dashboards, and experimentation programs to support data-driven decision-making

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or fast-paced e-commerce environments; experience in FemTech, DTC health, wellness, consumer healthcare, or other regulated consumer categories is a strong plus
• Demonstrated success building and scaling growth marketing functions, acquisition funnels, processes, and performance engines from the ground up
• Deep expertise in growth marketing, paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and data-driven optimization
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to turn insights into action and execute effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to build scalable measurement frameworks, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive results through experimentation and ownership

Work Arrangement
