Senior Graphic & Motion Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data intelligence organization seeking a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer in London. Our client transforms complex market information into actionable insights for global clients in commodities, energy, and maritime sectors.

As a senior member of the creative team, you'll lead visual storytelling that brings data and expertise to life across campaigns, events, reports, social content, and digital communications. This is a hands-on role where you'll own projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with brand marketing, data visualization, and product design teams to elevate visual standards across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own creative projects end-to-end across global campaigns, reports, events, social content, and digital channels
• Translate complex data and technical business concepts into clear, engaging visual narratives that capture attention
• Lead multi-format visual design combining graphic design and motion across digital platforms, print, out-of-home, and event experiences
• Bring bold creative vision to every brief, shaping core strategic ideas rather than simply executing existing concepts
• Partner cross-functionally with brand marketing, communications, data visualization, and product design teams
• Protect and evolve the brand identity while pushing creative boundaries with fresh ideas and innovative formats
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing constructive feedback to build technical craft and creative confidence

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Senior-level design portfolio demonstrating original thinking, strong craft, and end-to-end execution across both static and motion design in multiple formats
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) alongside familiarity with Figma
• Proven experience developing storyboards, motion systems, and static designs for diverse channels including campaigns, out-of-home, digital, print, and events
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex B2B information or data-heavy topics into clear, visually engaging communications
• Experience working within established brand guidelines while knowing how to push creative boundaries without breaking brand consistency

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Working knowledge or experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software
• Familiarity with data, technology, commodities, or financial markets
• Curiosity and practical experience incorporating AI-enabled workflows into creative processes to improve efficiency and exploration
