Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential marketplace services organization in Stuttgart seeking a Senior Google Performance & Analytics Manager to architect and build their entire Google ecosystem from the ground up. This is not a campaign management role – you will be the strategic architect connecting Google's performance marketing, analytics, cloud infrastructure, and technical capabilities into a unified growth engine.

In this newly created position, you will start with a blank slate, defining the tech stack, building infrastructure, and establishing the foundation that will drive long-term scalability and market success. You will serve as the organization's go-to expert for the entire Google universe, translating emerging features and technical trends into profitable business cases.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive Google strategy from scratch, aligning all initiatives with long-term business growth objectives
• Build the technical infrastructure and operational framework independently, selecting appropriate tools and establishing best practices
• Serve as the internal expert on the complete Google ecosystem, monitoring platform developments and translating them into actionable business opportunities
• Establish KPI frameworks and reporting structures that demonstrate clear business impact to leadership
• Create sustainable processes and documentation that will support future team expansion once the foundation is established
• Connect performance marketing, search, data analytics, cloud infrastructure, and technical systems into a cohesive strategic whole

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of hands-on experience across the Google ecosystem with proven success building channels or structures from the ground up
• Deep, comprehensive knowledge spanning Google performance marketing, technical infrastructure, analytics, and Google Cloud Platform
• Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on technical implementation capabilities
• Data-driven approach with expertise in KPI definition and the ability to translate complex analytics into clear executive reports
• High degree of autonomy and initiative, with the ability to lead technical discussions and communicate complex concepts effectively
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and create structure where none exists
• German language proficiency required for this Stuttgart-based role
• Experience with hybrid work arrangements
