Responsibilities

• Develop graphic presentations and visual concepts independently to showcase products and processes effectively
• Plan, create, and manage diverse social media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Handle complete graphic design work from everyday design tasks to exceptional, extravagant projects
• Collaborate closely with the team, contribute innovative ideas, and help communicate the brand message clearly and modernly
• Create engaging content that brings products and processes to life visually

What We're Looking For

You don't need a flawless portfolio or decades of agency experience—our client values your eye for aesthetics and your enthusiasm to learn!

• Passion for creativity: Strong sense for colors, shapes, and layouts with enjoyment in making things visually appealing
• Design experience: Prior work with graphic tools (whether in a job, studies, personal projects, or hobbies) using programs like Canva, Adobe Photoshop/InDesign, or similar
• Social media savvy: Familiarity with common platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and understanding of modern content formats
• Communication skills: Enjoyment of copywriting, ability to find the right words for products and processes, and strong team collaboration
• Can-do attitude: Organized approach, willingness to try new ideas, and courage to implement "the extraordinary"
• Fresh ideas and quick comprehension are highly valued
• German language proficiency required for this Leipzig-based position
