This is an exceptional opportunity to lead marketing strategy across the Managed Service Provider ecosystem for a company at the forefront of enterprise technology.

In this role, you will design and execute global marketing programs that drive awareness, enablement, and demand generation across MSP partners. You'll serve as the critical bridge between product marketing, campaign teams, and channel sales, owning the marketing strategy that empowers MSPs to scale their business successfully.

Responsibilities

Global Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Develop and execute comprehensive global MSP marketing strategy and roadmap aligned with revenue and channel growth objectives
• Lead MSP-exclusive initiatives including nurture campaigns, webinars, events, and value-driven programs
• Design, execute, and measure demand generation strategies to drive engagement across the MSP partner lifecycle
• Create and manage end-to-end through-partner campaigns that MSPs can white-label for end-customer acquisition

Partner Enablement & Content Creation

• Build and maintain world-class MSP enablement toolkits including pitch decks, battlecards, data sheets, and messaging frameworks
• Translate complex technical features into business outcomes aligned with MSP business models
• Own marketing content strategy for the Partner Portal, ensuring assets are localized and current

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Alignment

• Partner with Channel Sales and MSP Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals
• Collaborate with regional field marketing teams to localize global programs across NAM, EMEA, and APJ
• Work with Marketing Ops to track Market Development Funds allocations and ensure high ROI

Metrics, Analytics & Optimization

• Establish and track KPIs including partner pipeline contribution, MQLs, marketing influenced pipeline, and program ROI
• Continuously optimize campaign performance based on data insights, partner feedback, and regional sales inputs

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of dedicated MSP marketing experience with deep understanding of how MSPs/MSSPs operate, package, and price services
• B2B marketing background within high-tech or software industry (SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure preferred)
• Global program experience: proven track record creating centralized marketing programs that scale across multiple regions
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex technical platforms into clear value propositions
• MarTech proficiency: hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, AppSheet) and PRM platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Channel-first mindset: understanding that your success is tied to partner success and ease of use
• Agility and autonomy: ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments with minimal oversight
• Influence without authority: strong interpersonal skills to drive alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
• This is primarily an in-office role in Staines in compliance with company policies
