We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support Europe-based senior leadership in London. This is a high-impact role where you'll serve as the trusted right hand to C-suite executives, managing complex schedules across multiple time zones and acting as the key liaison between leadership and their stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate executive calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring optimal use of leadership time
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders requiring executive time or action
  • Proactively coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, venue and technology setup, and minute documentation
  • Arrange comprehensive travel logistics including flights, hotels, transfers, visa coordination, and local requirements
  • Process expenses and invoices with accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in preparing executive documents and presentations
  • Triage and prioritize incoming requests to enable executives to focus on strategic priorities
  • Handle ad hoc and situational requests with professionalism and discretion

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Business Partner supporting senior executives
  • Demonstrated diligence, reliability, and strong sense of ownership, particularly with confidential and sensitive matters
  • Appetite for new challenges and opportunities in dynamic environments
  • Track record of fostering positive, collaborative working relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with workplace technologies such as Slack, Google Suite, Confluence, and Zoom

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in fast-paced entrepreneurial or startup environments
  • Familiarity with fintech or financial services industry terminology
