We are representing a fast-growing technology company that is transforming how physical infrastructure is inspected and documented. Our client has built an AI-native platform used by field workers across industrial facilities, from chemical plants to manufacturing sites. They work with major organizations globally and have experienced exceptional growth.

We're seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join their London team. This role combines deep technical expertise with client-facing responsibilities—you'll own key accounts from implementation through to ongoing success, spending time onsite in industrial environments and building tailored solutions that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Own key client accounts throughout the entire pipeline, from technical scoping through implementation and go-live
• Spend time onsite with inspectors in factories and industrial facilities, understanding their workflows and building solutions that fit their needs
• Manage project plans for each rollout, including timelines, blockers, dependencies, and stakeholder coordination
• Configure and build technical components for deployments, including custom workflows, integrations, and data structures
• Build trust and maintain relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work collaboratively from the London office five days per week, plus client site visits as needed

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of technical experience with a track record of shipping results and making sound technical decisions
• Strong technical foundation combined with excellent communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders
• Genuine interest in owning client relationships and outcomes end-to-end, not just completing isolated tasks
• Natural project management instincts and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
• Comfort working in industrial environments and adapting solutions to real-world constraints
• Highly agentic, self-directed working style—you manage yourself and drive toward outcomes
• US citizenship is a significant advantage for future growth plans
• Must be able to work in-person from the London office five days per week
