About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential global language services organization seeking a remote Croatian language trainer. This freelance position offers the flexibility to work with diverse international clients while delivering high-quality language instruction from anywhere in the EMEA region.
We're looking for an experienced educator who can engage learners from various sectors and cultural backgrounds, preparing customized lesson plans and adapting teaching approaches to meet individual client needs.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver effective Croatian language training sessions for business professionals
- Develop complementary course materials tailored to learners' specific requirements and goals
- Maintain high levels of learner engagement and motivation throughout the training process
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different culturally-based learning styles
- Apply established teaching methodologies while remaining flexible to client needs
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Native or native-level proficiency in Croatian
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of experience teaching Croatian language
- Strong lesson planning and instructional design skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience providing interpreting services
- Understanding of corporate business environments
- Proficiency in a second language
