Senior SAP AMS Support Consultant (SAP Basis) – Register your interest

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential SAP consultancy that specializes in supply chain solutions. We're seeking a Senior SAP AMS Support Consultant with strong SAP Basis expertise to join their expanding Application Management Services team.

This is a permanent, remote position based in the UK. If you're currently in a large organization where your SAP Basis knowledge isn't being fully utilized, this could be your opportunity to make meaningful impact across diverse client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver day-to-day client requirements including service requests, incident resolution, and problem management aligned to ITIL methodology
• Resolve complex SAP Basis issues and provide strategic advice to improve SAP-related processes
• Own SAP support activities across SAP Basis and related technologies
• Perform system copies and refreshes, performance tuning, and problem analysis
• Support SAP solutions including mobile technologies and proprietary client products
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and deliver excellent client service

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP Basis
• Valid UK driving licence
• Experience with SAP Netweaver, S/4 HANA, Fiori, PO, Solution Manager, Public Cloud, BTP, and RISE
• Proven experience with system copies/refreshes, performance tuning, and problem resolution
• Relevant SAP certification in Basis Admin, S/4 Admin, System Migration, or Database (HANA) Admin

Desired qualifications:

• Extensive experience with SAP Public Cloud systems including BTP, IBP, ALM, S/4, and IAS
• Functional or configuration experience within other SAP modules
• Experience implementing mobile solutions with SAP ITS or third-party products
• Familiarity with integration between different SAP modules
• System testing experience
• Ability to investigate ABAP issues and bugs
