We are representing a financially stable organization in Munich that is entering an exciting development phase. Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead their HR function for approximately 130 employees and drive strategic transformation, particularly around digitalization and organizational development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR team and oversee all people operations for approximately 130 employees
• Actively shape the HR function and define its strategic role within the organization
• Co-create and evolve the organizational culture
• Build and implement a comprehensive talent development program from the ground up
• Streamline and digitalize HR processes and systems
• Develop modern, authentic employer branding and positioning strategies
• Enhance and evolve the employer brand to attract top talent
• Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership and managers on personnel matters, including complex issues and change management initiatives
• Analyze, plan, and control personnel costs

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Completed degree or training with HR focus
• Several years of professional experience in human resources
• Solid knowledge of German labor law, social insurance, payroll tax, and related compliance areas
