About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential media organization in London that is seeking a Senior Editor to lead the creation of exceptional print publications. Our client operates in the B2B events and publishing space, connecting industry leaders through high-quality content and insights.

This is an in-office role based in central London (near Victoria Station), working Monday through Friday. Our client offers significant ownership and growth potential for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

As Senior Editor, you will take full ownership of building outstanding physical magazines. Your core responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough research on industry-related topics and identifying compelling story angles
• Interviewing relevant subject matter experts and industry leaders
• Writing, copywriting, editing, and proofreading all magazine content
• Constructing complete magazine layouts including coordinating photos, design, and artwork (working alongside a graphic designer)
• Managing editorial calendars and publication timelines

What We're Looking For

We seek a candidate with exceptional editorial credentials and a strong work ethic. The ideal professional will bring:

• Bachelor's degree with outstanding results, preferably in journalism, communications, marketing, English, or a related field
• 5+ years of proven work experience with outstanding performance from a magazine or media company
• Outstanding writing, editing, and creative skills with portfolio examples
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to structure and prioritize work effectively
• UK work authorization
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with relentless drive to excel
