Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology consultancy seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant to lead customer relationship management projects from requirements analysis through successful implementation. You will design and configure tailored CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with particular focus on Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and take ownership of CRM projects end-to-end, leveraging the latest technologies to solve technical challenges
- Manage project teams and coordinate external service providers
- Handle key account management, including identifying opportunities for solution enhancement and expansion
- Actively contribute to the development of CRM strategy and Microsoft Dynamics 365 portfolio offerings
- Apply analytical thinking and solution-oriented approaches to deliver exceptional client outcomes
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate brings several years of experience in consulting or project management within IT, CRM, or Business Intelligence, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You should possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Service, or Field Service.
Required qualifications include:
- Strong analytical mindset with a solution-oriented, independent working style that allows you to lead projects with enthusiasm and accountability
- Motivation to work on challenging client projects using modern technologies
- Excellent team spirit, communication skills, and service orientation
- Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
This position is based in Weinstadt with up to 100% remote work flexibility available.
