Grafikdesign & Branding – Werkstudent:in / Teilzeit 20 Std/Woche – 100 % remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential wellness organization seeking a Graphic Design & Branding professional for a part-time position (20 hours per week, 100% remote). This is a maternity cover role until April 30, 2027.

In this role, you will support marketing and social media teams by creating visual content that strengthens brand presence. Your responsibilities include:

• Creating promotional materials, graphics, and images for various channels including retention campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives
• Consistently applying and maintaining the visual brand identity across all design outputs
• Optimizing graphics and images for different platforms such as social media, advertising campaigns, and newsletters
• Contributing to branding projects that advance the organization's presence across multiple platforms
• Working with AI tools, including prompting and generative image workflows in daily production
• Providing creative input during brainstorming sessions and concept development

What We're Looking For

• Currently studying Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or a comparable program, or completed training in a creative field with some practical experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools; experience with Figma or similar programs is advantageous
• Interest in AI tools and workflows (experience with prompting, image generation, or AI-supported workflows is a plus but not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to implement style guides precisely
• Awareness of current design trends and ability to integrate them into your work
• Structured, organized work approach with high attention to quality
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage multiple parallel projects
• German language skills required for this Berlin-based role

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €16 per hour for 20 hours per week.
