About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software consultancy in the Weinstadt area that specializes in Microsoft business applications. Our talent team is searching for a Software Support & Testing Specialist to join their technical operations team in a hybrid role that balances customer support with quality assurance responsibilities.

This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of customer service and software quality, collaborating closely with development teams, project leadership, and business partners to ensure exceptional product delivery.

Responsibilities

Support & Technical Consultation (50%):

• Provide 2nd-level support for Dynamics CRM customers
• Analyze technical issues and develop solutions in collaboration with the team
• Serve as technical point of contact for partners and customers
• Coordinate regularly with development and product management to ensure sustainable problem resolution
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of support and quality assurance processes

Software Testing & Quality Assurance (50%):

• Create and execute test scenarios based on requirements and specifications
• Test new and existing features within the Dynamics environment
• Evaluate test results, maintain thorough documentation, and provide critical input for software quality improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high product quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in 2nd-level support and/or software testing
• Knowledge in one or more of the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Cloud and infrastructure technologies
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
• Self-directed, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Good English language proficiency
