Senior Director, Campaign Delivery (Goat) – 12 Month FTC

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking a Senior Director, Campaign Delivery for a 12-month fixed-term contract in London. This is a high-impact, deployable global role within the influencer marketing and social media practice.

As Senior Director, you will drive operational excellence and quality assurance across global markets, supporting organic campaign operations, paid media/programmatic, and production disciplines. Your responsibilities include:

• Serve as senior delivery lead on strategic client campaigns globally, ensuring flawless execution and risk mitigation across multiple service models
• Rapidly deploy across different markets, client accounts, or departments based on business needs, workload surges, or delivery challenges
• Take a hands-on approach to campaign delivery, working directly alongside teams to improve output, model best practices, and raise execution standards
• Conduct deep-dives into campaign performance and execution quality on key accounts, ensuring all work meets industry-leading benchmarks
• Build collaborative relationships with Heads of Campaign Delivery across UK, US, EMEA, and APAC markets
• Analyze and evaluate campaign delivery approaches across different market and team leads, identifying discrepancies and driving standardized global processes
• Ensure seamless collaboration between Organic Campaign Ops, Paid Media, Production, and Social Media Management teams on a global scale
• Support global new business pitches and proposals across all regions, defining delivery strategies and scoping complex execution plans
• Partner with governance and business excellence teams to refine, implement, and monitor global workflows, processes, and platform utilization
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions between markets, ensuring successful practices are operationalized globally
• Provide direct mentoring and upskilling to campaign leads and managers when deployed on accounts

What We're Looking For

Our client needs an exceptional delivery professional with a player-coach mentality and multi-regional experience:

• 5+ years proven experience in senior delivery, campaign operations, or account director roles within influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising agencies
• Deep understanding of the entire campaign lifecycle spanning organic influencer marketing, paid media/programmatic, video/content production, and social media management
• Executional capability and willingness to perform hands-on tasks to support teams when required, despite the senior director-level scope
• Experience working within multi-regional structures with cultural awareness and ability to influence teams across different time zones and markets (UK, US, EMEA, APAC)
• Exceptional agility, resilience, and comfort with ambiguity; able to step into high-pressure situations and implement solutions quickly
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills with ability to influence regional heads and senior stakeholders through relationship and trust building
• Solid understanding of campaign margins, resource utilization, and delivery KPIs
• Right to work in the UK is required for this London-based position
