Senior Data Scientist – Product Analytics

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI-powered customer service technology company in London. We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Research, Analytics & Data Science team—a group dedicated to using data and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making across product development and strategy.

This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the London office. You'll partner directly with product teams to unlock actionable insights about users, products, and business performance, directly impacting millions of end users daily.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop key product success metrics, set targets, measure outcomes, and size opportunities
• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, working with stakeholders to drive collection of new data and refinement of existing data sources
• Influence product roadmap and strategy through experimentation, exploratory analysis, and quantitative research
• Build and automate actionable models and dashboards that drive decision-making
• Collaborate with product researchers to build holistic understanding of customers, products, and business metrics
• Craft compelling data stories and share findings and recommendations across R&D and the broader organization
• Drive core analytics foundations and help improve how the analytics organization operates

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience working with data to solve problems and drive evidence-based decisions
• Excellent SQL skills and proven experience applying analytical and statistical approaches to problem-solving
• Track record of initiating and delivering actionable analysis and insights that drive tangible impact with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with a focus on driving impact
• Strong growth mindset, sense of ownership, and innate curiosity
• Experience with a scientific computing language such as R or Python

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with BI/visualization tools like Tableau, Superset, or Looker
• Experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines
• Previous experience working closely with product teams
• Experience leveraging AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity across the data science workflow
