Senior Consultant SAP FI/CO Application Management (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential enterprise consulting organization seeking a Senior SAP FI/CO Application Management Consultant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive application support across the complete lifecycle of SAP system landscapes.

• Analyze technical application issues in financial accounting modules, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
• Handle 3rd-level support tickets, ensuring proper tracking and timely resolution
• Collaborate closely with end clients to gather requirements and create detailed specifications for technical implementation
• Implement complex customizing requirements within SAP FI/CO modules
• Conduct end-user training sessions on SAP financial accounting topics
• Continuously expand your expertise in SAP financial solutions and emerging SAP products

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience with core SAP financial accounting modules (FI, Asset Accounting, Controlling)
• Strong understanding of integration aspects between finance and logistics modules
• Proven experience managing support requests including incidents, changes, and service requests
• Customizing and implementation experience with both SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent client communication skills
• Independent, proactive working style combined with strong team collaboration abilities
• Fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits and company events
• Desirable: Knowledge of SAP programming (debugging) and interface technologies such as ALE/IDocs and EDI
