Senior Consultant, Martech Engineering

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential digital consulting organization seeking a Senior Consultant with deep marketing technology expertise. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you'll lead complex analytics implementations, optimize martech ecosystems, and drive data-driven decision-making for enterprise clients. You'll take ownership of high-value engagements, mentor junior engineers, and contribute thought leadership while working remotely across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex marketing technology projects and manage strategic client relationships
• Conduct platform and architecture audits addressing scalability, privacy compliance, and multi-channel data integration
• Oversee implementation of analytics tools such as Adobe CJA, Amplitude, and GA4 to measure performance across digital touchpoints
• Configure and optimize tag management systems including Adobe Tags, Tealium IQ, and GTM for accurate data tracking
• Manage customer data platform integrations to enable seamless personalization and segmentation
• Develop strategic roadmaps for clients incorporating AI-powered recommendation engines and advanced attribution models
• Author detailed scopes of work, resource plans, and technical specifications for large-scale projects
• Review and validate deliverables to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with client expectations
• Mentor junior team members through code reviews, feedback, and guidance on analytics implementation best practices
• Deliver training sessions on audience segmentation, predictive analytics, and real-time personalization
• Contribute thought leadership through blog posts, webinars, or case studies on emerging martech trends

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in martech consulting, analytics, or related fields with a track record of leading complex projects
• Expertise in analytics platforms: Adobe Analytics, Adobe CJA, Amplitude, GA4
• Proficiency configuring tag management systems: Adobe Tags (Launch), Tealium IQ, Google Tag Manager
• Experience with customer data platforms such as Adobe RT-CDP, Tealium AudienceStream, or Hightouch
• Advanced experience integrating marketing automation platforms, CRMs (Salesforce), and e-commerce platforms with analytics tools
• Advanced JavaScript expertise for building scalable tracking architectures and dynamic data layers
• Experience with server-side implementation approaches
• Proven ability to create comprehensive project documentation including scopes, estimates, and resource allocation plans
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience guiding junior team members
• Excellent problem-solving abilities for aligning technical solutions with business objectives
• Strong communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Awareness of emerging trends in AI-driven marketing automation and machine learning applications
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (visa sponsorship not available)

Pay

This is a full-time, remote position based in the United States. The role involves up to 5% travel for client meetings or industry events.
