About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy technology company based in Berlin. Our client is at the forefront of distributed energy solutions, leveraging AI-driven platforms to optimize residential energy systems. They are seeking a senior communications professional to shape product storytelling and manage technical communication across multiple channels.

This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, requiring fluency in both German and English at C1+ level.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute communication projects for product launches and market introductions in close collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop product narratives, key messages, and comprehensive communication strategies
• Translate complex technical content into accessible messaging for diverse audiences across corporate websites, intranets, social media, and additional channels
• Build and maintain relationships with relevant influencers and content creators, managing partnerships effectively
• Create and coordinate communication calendars, editorial plans, and content schedules
• Support the communication needs of technology and product teams throughout the development and launch cycles

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in corporate, product, or B2B communications, ideally within a high-growth tech environment
• Proven track record communicating complex, technical products and technologies to non-technical audiences
• Experience in the energy sector is highly valued but not required
• Strong command of digital communication channels and social media platforms
• Fluency in German and English at C1+ level or higher
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization
