Business Development Representative BDR (German-speaking)

We're seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to own the full top-of-funnel motion—outbound prospecting, inbound conversion, and pipeline generation. You'll work directly with founding leadership in a fast-paced, no-bureaucracy environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting through cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and phone calls to build a qualified pipeline
• Convert inbound leads into booked demonstrations quickly and consistently
• Develop and iterate on messaging, sequencing, and positioning strategies
• Participate in product demonstrations to deepen understanding of customer needs and sales motion
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on activity metrics and pipeline health
• Manage long-term prospect nurturing with thoughtful follow-ups based on buying signals
• Collaborate closely with founders to refine go-to-market approach

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German required; English proficiency for internal communication
• Previous experience in a startup environment or sales internship
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
• Clear, confident communication in writing and speaking
• Genuine curiosity about customer problems beyond just hitting activity metrics
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
• Ambition to progress into Account Executive and closing responsibilities
• Self-motivated with strong intrinsic drive
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work on-site in Munich 4 days per week

Compensation & Benefits

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €55,000–€75,000 base salary depending on experience, plus uncapped commission structure. Benefits include 25 vacation days per year plus public holidays and WellPass membership.
