Full Stack Engineer (Germany-based)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded software company in the manufacturing technology sector. Our client is building cutting-edge engineering platforms that serve complex industries including automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing. They've achieved strong product-market fit and are backed by top-tier European investors.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll work on next-generation problems at the intersection of software engineering and AI. This is a chance to build production features end-to-end while collaborating with a small, exceptional team of former founders and startup builders.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across the full stack (React/TypeScript frontend and Go backend)
• Own work end-to-end from conception through deployment and iteration
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams
• Work on next-generation problems involving AI integration
• Continuously improve the technology stack and development processes

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience shipping production code end-to-end across backend and frontend
• Experience with a statically typed language such as Go, Rust, Java, or C#
• Experience with React or similar modern web frameworks (Vue, Svelte, etc.)
• Based in Germany with the right to work in the country
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work collaboratively

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €65,000 - €100,000 based on experience, plus equity (0.5% - 1%)
