About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Benefits Analyst to join their Total Rewards team. This remote position focuses primarily on EMEA and South America regions, with some interim APAC support as the team expands regional coverage.
In this role, you'll design, administer, and enhance global benefits programs across multiple countries and employment models, including PEO, EOR, and direct entity arrangements. You'll combine hands-on benefits operations with strategic program assessment, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure offerings remain market-competitive, compliant, and accessible to team members worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Partner with global benefits brokers and local vendors to lead plan renewals, oversee daily operations, manage escalations, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new and enhanced benefits programs, from business case development and vendor selection through configuration, testing, launch communications, and post-launch optimization
- Manage day-to-day administration for assigned global benefits programs, including eligibility determination, enrollment processes, billing reconciliation, quality assurance, and issue resolution
- Coordinate benefits operations across EMEA and South America countries with various employment models, working with local vendors, brokers, and internal partners to resolve complex cases and apply relevant local requirements
- Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, People Operations, and People Technology teams to support accurate reporting and compliance
- Serve as a point of contact for complex benefits inquiries, partnering with support teams to triage and resolve cases while using insights to improve plan and process design
- Analyze benefits utilization, cost, survey, and qualitative data to identify trends, assess plan competitiveness, and develop recommendations that improve program outcomes
- Simplify, standardize, and automate benefits processes while maintaining focus on the team member experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record owning global benefits programs, including partnership with international brokers and local vendors
- Strong knowledge of core benefits concepts such as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental benefits
- Familiarity with multi-country environments, including working with PEO and EOR providers and local brokers
- Experience supporting benefits during country expansions and transitions
- Experience using HRIS and benefits administration tools, with strong attention to detail in billing reconciliation, data entry, process testing, and quality assurance
- Strong analytical skills and experience using benefits utilization, cost, and survey data, as well as spreadsheets with lookup formulas and pivot tables, to develop insights and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex benefits topics in accessible language
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in an all-remote environment and use software tools and automation to improve processes
- Experience with Workday is strongly preferred
- Curiosity about AI tools and willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows to drive efficiency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Payroll, Finance, Legal, People Operations, People Business Partners, and works council representatives
