Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential governance SaaS organisation in their search for a Senior Product Manager based in London. You will own the roadmap for a core part of the platform, shaping how senior leaders collaborate, communicate, and make decisions in secure, modern environments. You'll translate customer problems and market insights into simple, impactful product experiences, working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Own and continuously refine the product roadmap for your area, using customer insight, data, and market trends to prioritise what to build next
  • Define and drive product strategy that aligns with business vision, connecting your roadmap to clear customer outcomes
  • Act as the voice of the customer: run discovery, validate problems and solutions, and translate insights into clear user stories and product requirements
  • Lead an agile, cross-functional team (engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, customer success) to design, build, and launch high-quality SaaS features
  • Set goals, KPIs, and success metrics for your product, track performance and user engagement, and iterate based on data and customer feedback
  • Tackle complex product and execution challenges by breaking down ambiguous problems, navigating trade-offs, and making clear, data-informed decisions

What We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

  • Solid experience as a Product Manager building, shipping, and iterating B2B Enterprise SaaS products and AI assistants and agents, with a proven track record of defining and launching successful features or products
  • Strong hands-on experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams, including backlog management and writing user stories
  • Comfortable leading customer discovery and validation conversations and turning qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders without formal authority
  • Data-driven mindset: confident with metrics, experimentation, and basic quantitative reasoning to set goals, measure impact, and debug product issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • A bias for action and ownership: you're happy to roll up your sleeves, make trade-offs, and drive a project from problem definition through to launch and iteration

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in governance, risk, compliance, security, fintech, or other B2B enterprise domains
  • Exposure to large-scale, multi-product platforms or secure communication/collaboration tools
  • Experience mentoring other product managers or playing a "bar-raiser" role in product quality and decision-making
