Product Marketing Lead, Experience

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in the UK seeking a Product Marketing Lead to own product marketing for a key product group. Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, you will transform customer insights into positioning, go-to-market strategies, and measurable business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration across Product, Growth, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and senior leadership on positioning and category strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive customer and market insight through research, customer interviews, usage data, competitive analysis, and commercial feedback
• Define positioning, messaging, segmentation, and product narratives that address core customer problems
• Lead high-impact product launches from strategy through execution, channel activation, adoption tracking, and post-launch learning
• Develop focused go-to-market plans with clear audiences, channel strategies, ownership, and success metrics
• Partner with Product and Engineering early in the development cycle to influence roadmap, packaging, onboarding, and customer experience
• Equip Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and partner teams with effective storytelling tools and enablement materials
• Provide competitive and market intelligence to inform product and go-to-market decisions and strengthen differentiation
• Establish objectives and measures for customer adoption, retention, and commercial impact with data-driven recommendations
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research quality, synthesis, workflow automation, and product marketing effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record bringing complex, technical, platform, developer, AI, or FinTech products to market
• Experience leading multiple high-impact launches across channels with demonstrable, measurable results
• Strong capabilities in customer discovery, segmentation, positioning, storytelling, and technical product understanding
• Ability to simplify complexity while maintaining accuracy and credibility
• Comfort engaging with both technical and commercial audiences and influencing across functions without formal authority
• Broad experience across launches, adoption programs, lifecycle marketing, enablement, measurement, competitive analysis, and customer advocacy
• Examples of using AI, agents, or automation to improve speed, quality, or insight generation
