Senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing agency seeking a Senior B2B Performance Marketing Manager to lead their performance marketing function. In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop the B2B performance marketing team, setting objectives, priorities, and quality standards while coaching team members
• Manage a network of freelancers and partner agencies, including briefing, quality control, and budget oversight
• Define channel strategy and budget allocation across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta for B2B clients
• Take hands-on responsibility for performance campaigns from setup through optimization to client presentations
• Direct creative and content production by briefing hooks, ad creatives, and landing page content aligned with campaign objectives
• Own tracking and attribution standards across all accounts, ensuring clean lead handoff to CRM systems
• Deliver weekly reporting and KPI management across the entire client portfolio
• Leverage AI tools for analysis, creative variations, and reporting workflows

Success in this position is measured by the quantity and quality of generated leads (MQLs), cost per lead and customer acquisition cost (CPL, CAC), conversion rates across funnels and landing pages, partner network reliability and utilization, team development, and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience planning and executing B2B paid campaigns
• Background from an agency or comparable environment
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads for B2B clients
• Experience leading and developing team members, as well as managing external service providers
• Proficiency with tracking setups, attribution, and reporting tools (Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Supermetrics)
• Demonstrated ability to brief and evaluate creatives and landing page content
• Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar systems
• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
• Structured, independent working style with enthusiasm for data and benchmarking
• Strong communication skills for direct client interaction
• Knowledge of SEO and GEO is desirable; experience with AI-powered advertising is a plus
