Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital consultancy based in München. This senior role focuses on defining robust system architectures and target models for complex digital solutions across diverse client engagements.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing clear, consistent and implementable target architectures for digital platforms and enterprise solutions
• Assessing technical options against business value, feasibility, scalability, security and commercial viability
• Owning complex technical initiatives and providing professional direction across multidisciplinary teams
• Creating alignment between client stakeholders, engineering, consulting, project management and other disciplines
• Actively guiding architecture decisions through to delivery and implementation
• Making decisions under uncertainty, clarifying trade-offs and managing technical and business risks
• Supporting presales activities and developing architecture knowledge, standards and colleagues
• Facilitating resolution of conflicting objectives and leading complex decisions towards robust outcomes

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a Senior Architect with substantial experience in solution and system architecture for digital platforms. You will own complex areas of responsibility and serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Essential qualifications:

• Several years of strong experience in solution and system architecture for digital platforms
• Deep expertise in architecture models, integrations, scalability, security and technical delivery
• Proven ability to advise clients and internal stakeholders confidently up to senior decision-making level
• Track record of connecting professional quality with business value, commercial viability and delivery realities
• Experience providing professional direction and developing junior and intermediate colleagues
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Ability to facilitate conflicting objectives and lead complex decisions
