Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital health organization seeking a Social Media & AI Automation Manager to lead their content strategy and AI-driven processes. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will own the organic social media presence, develop content strategies for both paid and organic channels, and build scalable AI-powered content workflows.

Your strategic responsibilities include:

• Designing and continuously evolving the content and social media strategy across multiple digital health platforms
• Building sustainable, growing social media channels and engaged communities while increasing reach, engagement, and relevant traffic
• Developing communication messages and creatives for organic and paid channels with a strong sense of what resonates and performs
• Managing influencer and brand partnerships with freelancer support to drive community growth and brand awareness

On the AI and automation front, you will:

• Build and continuously optimize scalable, AI-supported content processes that enable faster, more efficient production without sacrificing quality, creativity, or brand voice
• Bring your AI expertise to the broader marketing team and help establish additional meaningful automation processes

Operationally, you will:

• Execute still-content production for organic channels using AI processes and continuously improve workflows
• Manage and shape UGC content for paid and organic channels alongside a working student
• Regularly analyze content and channel performance, derive concrete optimization measures, and make relevant KPIs understandable and actionable for the team

What We're Looking For

Social Media & Content Expertise:

• Minimum five years of professional experience in content, social media, or digital marketing
• Proven success building and scaling organic social media channels and communities
• Strong operational experience developing and producing high-performing content for organic and paid channels, with solid understanding of performance marketing
• Broad knowledge of relevant social media platforms—from Meta and TikTok to YouTube, Pinterest, and emerging platforms and trends
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, or digital health environments is advantageous

AI Expertise (Critical Requirement):

• Deep, demonstrable experience using AI in content production, building efficient content workflows, and marketing automation
• Daily, fluent use of AI tools: You use AI tools for text, image, and video naturally and regularly—such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, or CapCut AI. You understand what they can do and where they fall short
• Understanding of how AI systems are controlled: You can read and adjust prompts and instructions, systematically evaluate outputs, and formulate requirements so something can be built from them
• Proven track record building AI-supported content processes and measurably scaling content production

• You think strategically while being hands-on, wanting to implement your ideas rather than just discuss them
• You're enthusiastic about new AI tools and genuinely excited to discover, test, and continuously improve marketing approaches
• You have a strong sense for powerful visual and creative execution and quickly recognize what makes good content
• You're analytical and data-driven in your approach
• You communicate effectively, work well in teams, and appreciate open, direct exchanges where good ideas can be implemented quickly
• Fluent German is required for this position
