Senior Project Manager Growth & Marketing

About This Role

We are representing a confidential ticketing technology client in their search for a Senior Project Manager to drive growth and marketing initiatives. This is an opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of strategic projects in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment where experimentation and data-driven decision-making are at the core of how the organization operates.

You'll work within a flat organizational structure that emphasizes autonomy, personal responsibility, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is based in Berlin with flexible remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing and business development projects from conception through to measurable results
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear focus on business impact
• Identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities across marketing and sales processes
• Analyze key performance metrics and derive concrete optimization measures
• Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses
• Develop and refine CRM and customer lifecycle processes
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies, automation solutions, and AI applications in marketing, CRM, and sales environments

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience managing projects and driving initiatives to completion
• Strong ability to prioritize, make decisions, and maintain focus on high-impact levers while managing multiple initiatives
• Analytical thinking with the ability to recognize patterns and derive actionable insights
• Hypothesis-driven mindset; preference for validating ideas through testing rather than prolonged discussion
• High technology and IT affinity; understanding of systems, data flows, and automation with ability to quickly identify process efficiency opportunities
• Active use of AI tools in daily work; enthusiasm for new technologies, automation, and AI applications
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher

Preferred:

• Experience in conversion optimization, funnel analysis, or A/B testing
• Background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or data-driven customer engagement processes
• Familiarity with marketing technologies, automation platforms, or data-driven marketing processes
• Previous work in technology-driven or rapidly scaling organizations
