Product Owner (m/w/d) – Customer Domain

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in München that operates a leading B2B booking platform connecting medical professionals with healthcare facilities across Germany. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Product Owner to take ownership of the customer-facing domain of their two-sided marketplace platform.

In this role, you'll drive product strategy and execution for a B2B platform that directly impacts healthcare staffing efficiency. You'll work with a cross-functional team to develop innovative features from initial request through booking completion, leveraging modern technologies including AI to enhance the customer journey for hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and evolution of the B2B platform, creating innovative features for healthcare facilities from inquiry to booking
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, market requirements, and key product KPIs
• Manage the complete product development process from discovery through delivery to successful release
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate market requirements into clear product decisions
• Analyze usage and booking data to derive actionable insights and continuously optimize the customer journey
• Drive strategic implementation of artificial intelligence capabilities within the product
• Work closely with Engineering, UX Design, and business teams to make data-informed product decisions

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Product Owner, Product Manager, or comparable role, ideally in B2B SaaS, platform, or marketplace environments
• Proven experience developing digital products for business customers, from product discovery through user-centered design to data-driven optimization
• Strong technical understanding sufficient to comprehend architecture decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and engage with Engineering teams as an equal partner
• Analytical thinking, pragmatism, and structured, solution-oriented working style
• Enthusiasm for AI-powered products and modern technologies that you actively leverage to create product value
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success teams is a strong plus
• Excellent German and fluent English language skills
• München-based or willing to work hybrid from München location
