Role Overview

Remotewoman is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team. At Upsun (formerly Platform.sh), we aim to empower developers, DevOps engineers, and platform teams by providing a cloud application platform that supports today’s hybrid teams. Our platform ensures predictable performance at scale, secure environments by default, real-time observability, and AI-ready features.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive product development and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data-driven strategies.
• Implement and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
• Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other relevant programming languages.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
• A deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
