(Senior) Account Manager E-Health Deutschland (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Senior Account Manager focused on digital health solutions across Germany. This role is critical to supporting hospitals in their digital transformation journey. Our talent team is conducting the search for a position based in München, with flexibility for remote work and coverage across multiple German cities including Berlin, Hannover, and Leipzig.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop regional and key accounts within the hospital sector independently across Germany
• Identify cross-selling and after-sales opportunities to strengthen client relationships
• Support tender processes and assist with contract negotiations
• Prepare proposals and ensure systematic follow-up on opportunities
• Monitor contractual agreements and payment milestones in coordination with relevant departments
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, recognizing growth potential and developing strategic account plans

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree or training, ideally in healthcare, IT, or health economics
• Proven experience selling digital solutions to hospitals (such as hospital information systems, patient data management systems, clinical subsystems, or IT-related services)
• Strong understanding of clinical processes and hospital decision-making structures
• Knowledge of decision pathways within hospital organizations
• Confident presence with strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office
• Excellent German language skills, both written and verbal
