About the Role
As Senior Account Executive for our U.S. Crisis & Risk practice, you will lead client relationships through complex reputational challenges and proactive risk mitigation. This position combines strategic leadership, executive communication expertise, and hands-on account management to help brands and organizations navigate critical situations while building lasting competitive advantage.
What You'll Do
- Own and develop key client relationships across industries affected by crisis and reputational risk
- Develop comprehensive crisis communication strategies and reputation frameworks aligned with client objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams including strategists, writers, and digital specialists on high-priority engagements
- Provide expert counsel on media relations, stakeholder communication, and narrative strategy during sensitive situations
