About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential IT consulting organization in Hamburg that is seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Enabler to join their agile delivery practice. This role offers the opportunity to shape how delivery enablement evolves in the era of AI-assisted software development while working across diverse client projects in a collaborative environment.

Our client operates across multiple sectors including automotive, energy, and public sector, working with both individual development teams and large-scale international programs. You'll join a community of eleven delivery professionals who are actively redefining this role to remain effective as AI transforms software development practices.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen development teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to remove impediments, develop constructive working practices, and foster effective team structures
• Manage stakeholder alignment: Bring together diverse interests across teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear decision-making and communication flows
• Ensure delivery success: Make your impact visible through concrete metrics, create shared understanding of goals and expectations, eliminate obstacles, and address risks proactively
• Integrate AI agents: Enable your teams to optimally incorporate AI agents and tools while managing the associated process and communication shifts; guide teams and clients confidently through AI-driven change
• Shape the practice: Collaborate with fellow delivery enablers to evolve role definitions, share knowledge, and drive relevant initiatives forward; optionally engage as a mentor or in other internal responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3-5+ years of relevant project experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or comparable role within software development environments
• Team and program expertise: Proven track record working at team level and coordinating across multiple teams, ideally with experience in intercultural contexts
• Agile frameworks: Strong command of Scrum or Kanban, ideally complemented by scaling frameworks such as SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS
• Core competencies: Expertise in stakeholder management, facilitation and workshop design, agile metrics, and forecasting; experience with OKRs, Flight Levels, or value stream mapping is a plus
• AI proficiency: Routine, purposeful use of AI applications for your own work efficiency, plus clear understanding of how AI impacts software development—both opportunities and pitfalls
• Education: Degree in business or IT preferred, but practical project experience is what matters most
• Languages: Business-fluent German and very good English required
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to two days per week for workshops, team events, or direct client engagement
