PRODUCT MANAGER*IN (m/w/d) FESTIVAL & EVENTS

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential events and media organization in Hamburg, and our talent team is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Festival & Events to join their dynamic team of approximately 50 professionals.

In this role, you will:

• Take ownership of the organization, internal and external communication, analysis, and product development of major event offerings
• Plan and coordinate premium expo spaces, exhibition halls, booth layouts, and sampling activations, working closely with exhibitors, event agencies, and all operational partners
• Alternatively, manage masterclass sessions and guided tour products end-to-end, from partner consultation through cross-functional coordination with sales, marketing, editorial, and tech teams to on-site speaker support
• Balance diverse stakeholder interests to deliver exceptional experiences for clients, visitors, and colleagues
• Drive product evolution and continuous improvement of event formats

What We're Looking For

• Professional experience in event management, trade show management, or project management
• Confident, respectful communicator who engages partners and clients as equals
• Strong service mindset focused on client satisfaction
• Ability to maintain overview and composure during high-pressure periods
• Highly structured, solution-oriented work style with strong self-initiative
• Proficiency with digital tools and project management platforms
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English proficiency
• Passion for live events and desire to shape the future of large-scale festival experiences
