Working Student Sales Support (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization in Munich that is seeking a Working Student for Sales Support. This is an excellent opportunity for a current university student to gain hands-on experience in customer operations and sales administration within a growing tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via written correspondence and telephone
• Maintain and update data in the CRM system
• Handle administration and onboarding of new customers in purchasing portals
• Process supplier questionnaires and maintain the associated information database
• Develop templates and translations for customer-facing materials
• Document and improve process workflows
• Support customer training initiatives
• Assist with annual conference activities including ticket sales and event support
• Collaborate with various team members on special projects supporting the sales function

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student in a business-focused program or IT-related course of study
• Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Good command of English
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
• Ability to remain calm and organized in fast-paced situations
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
