(SENIOR) ACCOUNT MANAGER*IN (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital media organization in Hamburg for a senior account management position. In this role, you will serve as the strategic lead for key partnerships, working to deepen relationships and create sustainable value within a dynamic ecosystem of digital events, content, and technology platforms.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic account plans for high-value partners across brand and technology sectors
• Managing the full commercial cycle from proposal development through negotiation, contracting, and profitability tracking
• Leading complex partnership projects and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams including content, events, and technology
• Analyzing partner business models and recommending tailored growth initiatives
• Maintaining CRM systems such as HubSpot and project management tools like Asana with accurate partnership data
• Monitoring performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations to leadership
• Identifying opportunities to enhance communication materials, presentations, and strategic documentation

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of experience in sales, sponsorship, or partnership management, ideally working with brands, technology companies, or agencies
• Strong relationship-building skills with a solutions-oriented approach to client service
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM platforms like HubSpot and analytics tools such as Looker
• Solid command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Fluency in both German and English for professional business communication
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive revenue accountability
