About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential technology consulting organization supporting enterprise clients across North America. We're seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Consultant to join their remote team and contribute to strategic financial systems projects for a U.S.-based client.
Location: Remote – must be currently based in Latin America (LATAM)
Employment Type: Full-time, 100% remote
Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency required
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules according to business and financial requirements
- Participate in SAP implementations, system rollouts, and platform enhancements
- Analyze financial processes and translate business needs into functional SAP solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and project managers across international locations
- Support complete testing cycles including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide functional expertise and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP finance solutions
- Work directly with teams supporting U.S.-based client operations
What We're Looking for
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FI/CO Consultant
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling) modules
- Proven experience participating in at least one complete SAP implementation lifecycle
- Advanced English language skills (both spoken and written) – essential for daily communication with U.S.-based teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Must be currently located in Latin America
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance
- Knowledge of integrations with related modules such as MM (Materials Management) or SD (Sales and Distribution)
- Previous experience working with U.S. clients or supporting international projects
