Mobility Behavioral Scientist (100 % remote) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology venture in the mobility sector that is building cutting-edge solutions from the ground up. Our client is backed by successful serial entrepreneurs and is launching new initiatives that require exceptional operators with deep behavioral science expertise.

This is a 100% remote position focused on 0-to-1 product development in the mobility space. You'll have maximum ownership to architect systems and drive strategy without corporate bureaucracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives applying behavioral science principles to mobility challenges
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps
• Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production in a fast-paced environment
• Architect scalable behavioral intervention solutions that support rapid growth objectives
• Work directly with founders and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders
• Drive critical milestones to achieve strong market validation and scalable traction

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocation/remote arrangements)
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in behavioral science
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of projects
• Track record of translating behavioral research into practical product applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience working in early-stage, high-growth technology environments
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration cycles
